His career includes serving as President/CEO of several healthcare organizations, where he spearheaded initiatives to enhance clinical services, expand community outreach, and implement patient-centered care models. He has extensive expertise navigating complex healthcare systems, building high-performing teams, and establishing sustainable partnerships across public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Mr. Parlikar’s background includes significant work in tribal healthcare, where he developed a reputation for advancing culturally responsive care and advocating for community health priorities at both the state and federal levels. His leadership has been instrumental in securing funding, negotiating government contracts, and shaping policy to strengthen healthcare delivery.
